And now, about

Me:

Christian, Wife, Mom, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Friend. (although the order depends upon the reader) 

Profession: Retired public school librarian; Notary Public; Adjunct Professor.

Things I love:

My Family: 4 kids w/spouses, 9 grandkids, 2 sets of parents, 4 brothers (2 bio, 2 inlaw), 2 sisters (in law),  numerous nieces and nephews and one sisfriend. I am blessed beyond words.

Hobbies: Cooking. Traveling, reading, needlework (sewing, knitting, crocheting, quilting, heirloom sewing & embroidery).  Some gardening.

Music: CountryWestern (classic CW, not so much the new stuff), southern Gospel, Big Band, The Hit Parade, the 60s (I was there).  I tuned out after graduation in the 70s.  Scottish bagpipes.

Things I want to do:

Learn to be a better Christian. Learn to use my new camera.  Lose weight, exercise, get in shape so that I can maximize my life! Travel to all national parks.  Get my house organized.  Spend time with my family and friends. (see above for detailed list) Enjoy the time that God has given to me.

Dance.

Sports: Swimming, bowling, lasertag (yep,  the quiet librarian has ways of taking care of those overdues)!  Fave baseball team is the New York Yankees (one of the few things of Yankeedom that I care about).  I have no favorite football team. I never can tell who is pitching, who is catching, and who is running the bases.
